Founded in 1996 by Braam Celliers, Labour Excelsis (Pty) Ltd, now the Excelsis Group of Companies with the addition of Safety Excelsis, has grown into a well established business with a national footprint.

Dirk Coetzee

CEO - Excelsis Group

Dirk attended the University of the Free-State where he obtained his B.Soc.Sc degree in Industrial Psychology and Honours degree in Human Resources. Dirk also possesses an LLB degree which he obtained from the University of South Africa. He joined the Excelsis Group in 2012 after he acquired a controlling share in the company. He is also an active member of a registered Employers Organisation.

Alicia Richter

Managing Director - Labour Excelsis

Alicia obtained her LLB degree from the University of South Africa and is an admitted Attorney. Alicia joined the Labour Excelsis Team as an invaluable member in 2017 with unmatched expertise in Labour Relations and Human Resources Management. In 2020 Alicia was promoted to Managing Director.
