Dirk attended the University of the Free-State where he obtained his B.Soc.Sc degree in Industrial Psychology and Honours degree in Human Resources. Dirk also possesses an LLB degree which he obtained from the University of South Africa. He joined the Excelsis Group in 2012 after he acquired a controlling share in the company. He is also an active member of a registered Employers Organisation.

Adv Bernard Lombard obtained his BLC degree in 1998 and LLB degree in 2001 from the University of Pretoria. Bernard joined Labour Excelsis in August 2020 where he specializes in Labour Relations and Human Resources Management. Bernard has been working in labour relations for the past 20 years and has vast experience in various diverse sectors. On 1 March 2021 Bernard was promoted to General Manager of Safety Excelsis.

Alicia obtained her LLB degree from the University of South Africa and is an admitted Attorney. Alicia joined the Labour Excelsis Team as an invaluable member in 2017 with unmatched expertise in Labour Relations and Human Resources Management. In 2020 Alicia was promoted to Managing Director.
